I had searched for quite some time for a sleep sofa in the style and color that would go with our existing furniture. I wanted a Lazy Boy for the comfort and durability. My search led my husband and me to Crystal Perez and Peter Sleigh at Lott's Furniture in Fernandina Beach, Florida and nothing less than a gold mine. We not only found a fantastic sleep sofa, but also Tempu Temper-Flex Supreme Breeze Dual King Split mattresses we had planned to purchase to replace our aging set and a beautifully rich colored chocolate bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. There is no way I can overstate the wonderful service we received from Crystal and Peter not to mention what a gorgeous store Lott's is. It is without a doubt the most beautiful furniture store I have ever seen. As for personalized service I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal or Peter. They neither one put any pressure on us to purchase anything. They were strictly there to try and find what we wanted in the price range we could afford. I wish we could totally replace everything in our house. Maybe we'll do it one piece at a time.

Lott's Furniture has been a real find for us. We have purchased furniture for our own condo here on Amelia Island and for a rental unit we remodeled. Cindi Kish was our sales gal and she was so helpful. She made the extra effort to come to the remodel while it was under construction to help us order furniture that fit perfectly. We have decided to build a house and we will be going back to Cindi to order furniture when the time is right. She is a pleasure to work with.

Cindi Kish is wonderful! We bought three rooms of furniture from her before we even moved here. I first talked with her first while I was still in Missouri before we moved. I came into to the store on one of my trips back to check on the rehab to our place. She helped me pick out everything I needed in a couple of hours. She even came out to my condo to measure and look to be sure that everything would fit and would look good. Since we have moved here we continue to buy from her: when we needed a sideboard for the dining room, then a new set of living room furniture. My husband even loves working with her and he is notoriously hard to please and to get to make a decision. She knows everything that Lott's carries and will suggest something that isn't in the showroom if you can't find something you like. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A delight to work with!!
