Just spent the night at the Hoyt House. A+ stay. Property and rooms are pristinely maintained in every way possible. Ricky and Tracey are wonderful host and will insure your stay meets all your expectations. This is the kind of Bed and Breakfast that people who know Bed and Breakfasts long to find and stay.

The owners are lovely people! I was so charmed by the warm atmosphere and the personality of Tracey and her husband, I made my decision and chose their B&B over the others I looked at that day. I look forward to my upcoming stay there. I'm sure I'll love it!
The Hoyt House is a really beautiful old home. The Innkeeper, Ricky, is warm, friendly. And accommodating. The hospitality provided,is what I have some to expect from a quality B&B. It is located located within walking distance of almost everything the island has to offer and a short drive from everything else. The blueberry scones at breakfast are incredible! We absolutely fell in love with their courtyard (pool, hot tub, hammock, gazebo, and life size,chess). There was almost no need at all to get out and explore. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that I felt the pricing was a bit steep and there were a few minor items in need of repair in our room (nothing that impacted our visit very much, just mostly aesthetics).
We stayed in Kate's study - lovely room - innkeepers very friendly and breakfast was delicious - planning on going back soon
