3rd time staying here. We like it well enough. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Typical hotel breakfast offerings. Close to the beach. The rest of town is a bit farther away. Gave it 4 stars because of elevator being broken the day we checked out.
My wife was attending an artist's workshop in Fernandina Beach. Her stay extended thru the Florida/Georgia football weekend. She was late making reservations and had to settle at first the DAYS INN. She called me the first night and said she was scared to death at that location. I frantcially tried to find her another place. I finally called the Comfort Suites where we have stayed before. Fortunately, they had just had a cancellation, so I booked the room. Like they say, "BADDA BOOK, BADDA BOOM!" Done deal. I joined her for the weekend and had a fantastic stay. Service staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful!
Nice place, clean and friendly. Only complaint is that the a/c was down in the halls and lobby. It was 2 weeks after Irma so we give them a pass on that.
Great place to stay, front staff is awesome, the lady that cleaned our room was very nice too! The only problem is the bed just need to be replaced. Love the sun rise! We will be back!
I went there for a weekend get away with my husband. Made reservations a week prior to getting there. I also called on the day I was arriving to see if we could Check-In early, and the young lady who answered the phone when I call said that I could(called around 1pm) and took my name. Once I arrived at the location Josie who was at the front desk told me that my reservations was canceled (got there around 3). They did not have a Room for me after I drove 142 miles to get there. So while talking to Josie I asked her about a manager that I could talk to about the problem or even calling the young lady I spoke to on the phone. She just kept telling me over and over again that there was no manager and she couldn't contact anyone in reference of them canceling my reservation, and not having a room for me. So I asked Josie if they do not call people to notify them of any problem with their reservations and she said (no)basically that's not their problem. Make a long story short their customer-service is very poor. So after talking to her for about an hour and not getting anywhere or a manager. We decided to go to the Hampton Inn which was very nice and very clean and awesome customer-service.
