I made an appointment with Dr. Vinneau and she saw me the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that took great care in understanding my needs. I was very impressed from the receptionist down to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Vinneau. When Dr. Vinneau came to see me (on time) she was so gracious and generous with her knowledge. I feel like I am in capable hands moving forward to get some restoration done.
I went into have my teeth cleaned and was denied a regular cleaning as I was told that I had periodontal disease and must have a deep cleaning for $480. This is after a 2 hour comprehensive exam and a month of waiting to even get the appointment. Was very disappointed. Felt like the main concern was about the $.
