I lived in multiple states and have had multiple DMDs but Dr. Vienneau is by far my favorite. Dr. V is very concerned about my dental health and my comfort when performing dental work on me.
The office staff is super sweet and helpful from scheduling, to understanding our bills and working with insurance, to talking us through each procedure and follow-up care. We really appreciate the technology methods incorporated in the practice for scheduling and reminders. In dentistry, as in most fields these days, the technology and methods are rapidly evolving. We always feel confident in the work completed by Dr. Vienneau and ALL of her staff. She focuses on methods that are proven effective and I honestly feel like she cares for my family's teeth just as well as she would any of her family members.
The office staff is very responsive and quick to answer questions by phone or email and are always so gracious and kind in their care. Our family feels proud to be a patient here and are so thankful to have found a family dentist that we can trust and rely on.

Prior to transferring our care we were seeing a dentist that quite honestly, scared us with some of their dated thoughts on dentistry. I don't even know where to start tbh...Dr Jennifer and her staff are amazing and the best dentist I have seen in my 46 years of life. When my children and I returned to the island seven months ago, we were all in dire need of good dental care...I won't go into reasons why, but will say I stopped smiling for pictures and my daughter (8) was mortified of dentists due to past experiences. Recently I noticed I am now smiling in all the pictures with my children...and my daughter went home from her first appt and immediately told my son he had nothing to be afraid of. One visit and she no longer trembles with mention of a dentist. This office truly is the best of the best...and I will forever be grateful to them for changing our lives. The people, the spaces, the atmosphere...all perfect! We are blessed to have found them.
