I paid for a roof leak months ago. As you can see my roof still leaks. I have called several times to get this fixed but here we are....
The owner came out to my home 3 weeks ago because I had detected a leak. He did not show up on the date scheduled, but came the second day. I needed 40 shingles replaced. He told me the work would be done the next day. A week later, nothing. No phone call, just nothing. I texted him and called him several times. Twice, I actually spoke to him. He always assured me thst it would be "this week." This morning, I called him and reminded him of how many times he had given me dates and done NOTHING. I told him that he needed to be a man of his word and do what he promised. I would have been happy to wait if he had just been honest. I told him that I would have preferred that he had just been honest and told me that he couldn't do the work. He very snarkily replied, "Okay, I can't do it!" and slammed down the phone. You decide.
I called Le Pierre Roofing for an estimate on a new roof and within a few days they came out and inspected our roof. They then met with us to go over a proposal. They explained everything and gave us many options to choose from, such as the type of material to use, whether to add insulation, etc. they were very patient and answered all of our questions. We approved the proposal, and almost immediately they pulled a permit. As soon as the permit was in place, they started work. The work has been done quickly and professionally, and they kept us up-to-date on what’s going on daily. The new roof looks amazing! We are so glad we decided to use Le Pierre Roofing – the professionalism of everyone involved, the quality of the work and now having 20 years of peace of mind with their guarantee make every dollar spent ( and the price was less than we expected) well worth it.
Great honest company. Called LePierre out to fix a roof leak leaking into our kitchen. He found a nail poking through, removed it and fixed it. He emptied the bucket I had in the attic to collect the water and told us to recheck it during the next storm. If it continued to leak he would explore further. The bucket has stayed dry! We expected an expensive repair and got an inexpensive repair and found an honest quality company. We will be calling LePierre Roofing for all our future roofing needs. Thank You LePierre Roofing!
