We bought an estate ring that hey said was 14k gold. We got home and search the mark inside the ring and found that it was a much cheaper gold plated ring worth much less than we paid. Fortunately we paid with a credit card an we were assured that they must refund it or end up paying more than the refund. My wife called and was told they would test it the following day but offer red no refund. My wife had to drive back the next day and the owners claimed not to know that the notation inside which said AK14k Turkey inside was not something they knew about. (hard to believe as they are jewelers.) they did refund our money. It was a very bad experience
Lovely friendly and one of a kind treasures! Found my beautiful wedding band that they sized down for me and also had my wedding ring resized. I am thrilled how both rings complement one another!! I finally found a jeweler that I can trust!
