This office denies you medical care if you don't sign a waiver of your constitutional rights. The form says "you may consult with an attorney before signing this form" but they hand it to you when you arrive and won't see you until you sign it.
Dr. Kuester was wonderful, but the Fernandina Beach staff was terribly unorganized. Every appointment I've had there, even though I check in early, has been routinely 45+ min late. Warning: their ultrasound equipment is ancient (and they don't even have a machine at the Yulee office). We were sent for an "emergency ultrasound" at the hospital because they thought we were having twins. Hospital tech said they mistook an ovary for second baby. Seriously?!
Dr. Kuester and Dr. McGrath are amazing! I went in, never having met either one before my emergency procedure. They were professional, caring and attentive to my needs. Their follow-up care was comforting and extensive. I don't think that I would be alive today if it weren't for their care. They have a wealth of knowledge, not only with pregnancy and delivery but also with all issues concerning women of all ages. I am so thankful that they were the Physicans that performed my surgical procedure.
Very unprofessional had to reschedule 2 times cause no doctor was there and only 1 was on call and not doing there job. Made an appointment for 9:15 and after 10 and no doctor still here.tye doctor is at the hospital and can show up any minute why make appointments if you know your not gonna be there.the staff is horrible too my advice go anywhere else.
