I always feel pampered at Magna's. The staff are highly skilled and friendly. I especially appreciate Jenay, she works with me to come to an understanding of what is my best solution to my hair issues.
I'm pretty bummed. I bought my mom a gift certificate for Mother's Day, and she finally had time off to go to get her hair done. It was her first time going to Magna's, which has great reviews and nice staff. Unfortunately, her hair looks awful. She has thick, long hair that can be challenging. But she looks like she stuck her finger in an electrical outlet and the haircut is uneven. I'm so disappointed that she didn't leave relaxed or feeling beautiful as was my goal with this gift. I know I'm the oddball review among many five stars, but it really does look bad.
If you want to feel wonderful you've got to check Magna's out. They treat you like a queen or king. They carry Aveda products which are wonderful. Tom the owner is such a great person he will make you feel as if you've known him all your life. Great stylist. Great experience all around.
